In case of any difficulties, such as breakdown, you can depend on a rapid response, 365 days a year, by a nationwide team of factory trained engineers
With our cover plan you won't have to worry or bother of a problem with your stairlift. If you take out the Gold Plan contract, this includes up to 4 years addition cover.
As an added incentive, all those who take out the comprehensive Gold Plan Cover within 90 days of installation will have the benefit of a New for Old lift if it proves uneconomical to repair your lift.
This offer only applies to brand new lifts
If you are not covered by our Cover Plan, repair bills can be both expensive and inconvenient. Replacing an essential part can often exceed the cost of a service contract and there is no guarantee of an engineer being available when you need one.
